People are at the heart of everything I love. Team morale speaks volumes for the health of a workplace. People talk to me, I just have one of those faces, so I choose to leverage this for good.

Through conversations (anonymous and otherwise) I have taken on multiple research / reporting projects with the goal of delivering tangible feedback to leadership so they can take action and make informed changes for the better.

 

 

Actiongram Co-Creation Events

Great products are built when the community they are being built for is involved and given opportunity to provide feedback. With Actiongram we engaged our audience through co-creation events both digitally through private, beta forums and regular email communication, and in-person through brainstorming / feedback gathering events.

Internal Listening Tours

Within my team at Microsoft I was the narrative and experiential designer for our internal All Hands meetings. These meetings were org-wide (300+ employees). At the end of each event I would schedule 30 minute conversations with 10-15 people within the org; a diverse discipline group, geographical range, and below the extended leadership band. This information was then distilled and shared with the leadership team.
